iOS 8 Update Issues

Since the ios8 update the mysongbook app has been not working correctly. When I attempt to use a set of songs that I created for a performance the keyboard automatically popped up and it will not hide itself again. Its like it is locked open. This made it impossible to set it to scroll which made the app quite useless to me. Is there an update coming to fix this issue? If not I may have to find another app for music.
